KPMG Partner (Advisory) has been elected to the post of President at the New Zealand Branch Council of CPA Australia.
He took over from Mark Stinson, Director Corporate and Commercial Services of Beca, who becomes the Immediate Past President.
Andrew Dickeson (Director, Taxation, Staples Rodway) and Stuart Bilbrough (Chief Financial Officer, Radius Residential Care) have been appointed to the post of Deputy President of the organisation.
The following have been appointed as Councillors:
Stephen Bell KPMG Partner; Brad Gatehouse, Managing Director, Numero; Chye Heng, Chief Financial Officer, Beca; Sharon Higgins, Finance and Business Performance Manager, ServiceIQ; Dr Anil Narayan, Senior Lecturer in Accounting, AUT University; Bridgette Pretty, Director, Pretty Accounting, Priyan Rajapaksa, Owner, Right Click Accountants; and Scott Scoullar, Chief Financial Officer, Summerset.
Mr Ohri said that the Council is focused on being an active and strong voice for the members.
