Swami Swaroopananda, Australasian Regional Head of Chinmaya Mission will be in New Zealand towards the end of the month to deliver talks on the so-called, ‘Mystery Series: Exploring life’s most beautiful phenomena.’
Chinmaya Mission New Zealand is organising his visit to the country as well as his lectures in Auckland, Wellington and Nelson.
Brahmachari Adarsh Chaitanya, Resident Acharya of Chinmaya Mission New Zealand said that the forthcoming discourses would be beneficial to the younger generation.
Swami Swaroopananda will deliver his discourses in English as per the following nightly programme, from 730 pm to 9 pm
Auckland: From April 30 to May 4 at Dorothy Winstone Centre, Auckland Girls Grammar School, Newton
Wellington: From May 7 to 12 at Indian Association Hall, Udy Street, Petone
Nelson: From May 13 to 15 at Fairfield House, Trafalgar Street, South
Acharya Adarsh said that the forthcoming talks would be on themes that are essential to life, including love, happiness, peace, meditation and God.
“To one who has faith, they are real and full of meaning… no more natural, surprising or miraculous than the very conception of life. To one without faith, they are just mysteries that cannot be solved within a purely rational framework. Either way, they are themes essential to our existence,” he said.
