Abhinav Arora
Abhinav Arora is a young entrepreneur who has been involved in his family business since he was 16 years old. He has held an executive role at Toastmasters. He was honoured by Rotary as a Young Emerging Leader. He won the Best Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011.
Abhinav believes that empathy is essential in the workplace and says that has been his mantra of success

Judges’ comments
The judges were impressed with this young man’s contribution to growth of Link 2 Services Limited.
He has been involved in the business since his school days, with time out for a university degree, then rising to the post of General Manager six years later.
Innovations introduced include a new business model resulting in nearly 50% growth, takeover of a competitor to secure market share, and new staff allocation processes to provide a more flexible service to customers.
