Client interest precedes profit motive

Destination New Zealand Immigration (DNZI) Ltd is an Immigration Specialist practice based in the Waikato region.

We have clients from all over the world from both English speaking and non- English speaking countries, onshore and offshore.

We guide and advise migrants through the New Zealand immigration process, which includes free consultations.

We also assist clients with non-immigration matters such as settlement and assimilation to New Zealand.

Our reputation is reinforced by the satisfaction of our clients, without who we would not be here today. Our clients are our ‘Number One’ priority.

Our Mission Statement is: “Your Future, Our Mission.”

This approach has been the driving factor of the Company’s expansion.

The business commenced trading through word of mouth/referral and until date this has been the most effective tool of our success.

DNZI Ltd has grown significantly, resulting in steps towards clever target marketing. Our goal is to protect a migrant’s interest, keep them well informed via online interaction, seminars and meeting them in person.

We are launching a new–look interactive and easily navigable website and planning to open up our services via Twitter, Facebook and Skype.

This will enable us to engage with our clients with greater immediacy.

Our target market is anyone who needs assistance with New Zealand Immigration issues.

We listen to what our clients have to say.

Clients approach us with their worries and stress of fighting to live in New Zealand. We provide a clear guidance of how they could secure their future permanently in New Zealand.

DNZI deals with simple and straightforward cases to extremely challenging cases. Each case we undertake makes us a better Immigration Consultant.

We appreciate opinion from all the staff and everyone has a fair input into operational matters.

Regular daily/weekly meetings amongst staff ensure that everyone is up-to-date.

Those attending outside conferences impart knowledge to the team through regular brainstorming sessions to strengthen delivery of our service.

We monitor and measure our success through feedback from clients and improve our performance accordingly.

In the last three years, our business has grown from 400 clients to about 2000, including families and individuals. This has been achieved through new channels such as Website, Media Advertising and through a tight knit team, sharing the common objective of ‘Protecting the migrant in a transparent and ethical fashion,’

A good agent is not worried about the recession or competition.

Economic downturn has not affected our business but has helped us grow the business.

With the establishment of the Immigration Advisor Authority (IAA), several Immigration Consultants accept only straightforward cases.

Immigration policies are changing to protect New Zealanders but migrants are feeling the pressure and finding it difficult to deal with Immigration New Zealand.

Inconsistent decisions made by Immigration New Zealand are the biggest problem faced by migrants. DNZI Ltd has taken these challenges and accepted equally challenging cases.

Our service meets our clients need at every juncture, including free consultations to initial enquiry followed by settlement and assimilation to New Zealand.
