Correction

In the article, ‘Team effort optimises customer satisfaction’ and the accompanying photograph appearing in ‘The Car Clearance Centre 18th Anniversary Special’ (September 15, 2012), we had wrongly referred to the Company’s General Manager as Prakash Dube. His correct name (as appearing in another article, ‘The Japanese connection in top gear’) is Rakesh Dube. We regret the error.
