Distribution technology Specialist a finalist in Westpac Awards

STAAH, a leading cloud-based distribution technology specialist for the accommodation segment has been nominated has been chosen as a nominee in the Awards’ Excellence in Innovation and Excellence in International Trade categories.
Founding Director Gavin Jeddo said that technological innovation is the foundation of the company’s success.

The Awards’ Excellence in Innovation category recognises a business that has enhanced its success through innovation – both in thinking and implementing the idea.
Owing to the nature of its business, STAAH is continually evolving and development technology solutions and connections that will benefit its network of more than 5000 partner properties across more than 70 countries.
Global markets benefits
Mr Jeddo said that STAAH was also recognised for successfully capturing the benefits of the global market and demonstrating Excellence in International Trade achievements, sustainable growth and results.
“Within a decade of establishment, STAAH has expanded its footprint globally. The needs of our partners are serviced via local offices in seven countries and resellers in various other locations. The company now works with some of hospitality industry’s best-known names including The Heritage Group (New Zealand), Lemon Tree Group (India), Marino Beach Colombo (Sri Lanka), Loumage Hotels & Resorts (UAE), Mansley Services Apartments (United Kingdom), Kusuma Agrowisata Resort & Convention Hotel (Indonesia) and The Zenith Hotel (Malaysia), among many others,” he said.
Supporting these partner properties in their online revenue growth is an increasing network of local and international distribution channels and other connections that enable a seamless booking process.
STAAH was among many other companies that were recognised for their business excellence at a special evening organised at The Riverhead Tavern in West Auckland by the Auckland Chambers of Commerce. The evening was well attended by entrants from a variety of businesses. Finalists and the Supreme winner will be announced at a gala evening on 3 October at North Harbour Stadium.
