Promoting a Rising Star
Mr Todywalla said that fundraiser is to enable Arzan to participate in the ‘Football Fusion UK World Tour 2018’ and World Futsal Cup 2018 to be held in Blanes in Spain.
It all began when Paul Seaman, Head Coach called Mr Todywalla to say that he was very impressed with Arzan and that he was keen to accord the teenager an opportunity to participate in the Futsal Tour.
“Paul has been involved in Football both as a player and Coach for more than 20 years and has played at the highest level against the best players in the world. He has taken players from New Zealand and Australia to play against professional clubs in England. This is a splendid opportunity for Arzan,” he said.
The engagement in UK is for 15 to 19 year olds with 16 places available.
The team will play six to eight Games against Professional and Semi Professional Academy and youth sides in September and October 2018 (such as Aston Villa, Chelsea, West Brom, Charlton, Colchester, Norwich, Ipswich and Northampton)
About Arzan Todywalla
A student of Saint Kentigern College, Arzan evinced keen interest in Football from his formative years and stunned his father with his prowess in the game about ten years ago. Since then, his parents have sacrificed their own pleasures and days off from work to further his career in Soccer.
Arzan is a Forward/Striker, Winger and Midfielder and a Pivot in Futsal Soccer.
He described Football as his ‘passion.’
“I am completely motivated in becoming the best player. I work hard and never say, “I give up,’ I persevere in my efforts and I am known as a ‘coachable player.’ I love my soccer, my teammates, and everyone who plays the game, irrespective of which side of the field they are. I have been fortunate to experience playing in different cities, countries against different teams. I use that experience to better my teammates and myself,” Arzan said.
