Bhagavad Geeta comes to the fore

The significance of Bhagavad Geeta will be explained with a hands-on approach at a series of three discourses beginning in Auckland this week.

Swami Anubhavananda, founder of the Sat Bhavana Trust in India will speak on the power of concentration, preceded by the strength of faith and the spirit of give and take.

The New Zealand Vedanta Education Society Inc has organised these lectures at the Fickling Convention Centre, Three Kings in Auckland from April 6 to 8.

The daily discourses will be held from 715 pm to 9 pm.

Organiser Rajendaran (Raj) Naidu said ‘Vedantic Spiritual Life’ will be theme at the Weekend Retreat, scheduled to be held on April 9 and 10 at the Hindu Heritage Centre, , 2 Bukem Place, Mangere.
