Magsons Hardware is a very successful business with a strong focus on quality and innovation.  Managing Director Vinod Kumar and Magsons believe in their staff and their commitment. They promote from within and have a staff “apprentice” programme, with training to national standards of excellence.  

This is an example of a well-run profitable business with a focus on the local community. Good strategies were put in place to survive the recession, including a store to offload slow moving stock lines and free up cash.  Even in a depressed market, the profitable sales have increased.
