Indian Newslink Community Fund

Auckland, Sunday, September 25, 2016

Wenceslaus Anthony, Chairman of Indian Newslink Community Fund writes:
Tragic incidents of unexpected deaths involving our people including natural disasters in India, Fiji, Sri Lanka and Nepal unfortunately occur from time to time.
The latest is that of 25-year-old Pavin Pramoth of Tami Nadu, who died in a car crash in South Taranaki yesterday (September 24, 2016).
Indian Newslink has been a strong supporter and coordinator of these efforts.
We launched the Indian Newslink Community Fund in April 2016, administered by a Committee. I have accepted to Chair this Committee with Indian Newslink Managing Director Jacob Mannothra and Editor Venkat Raman with humility and honour. The Fund will demonstrate the compassion of our people and prove to be useful.
We now appeal to your generosity in donating to meet the expenses in relation to transport the body of Pavin Pramoth to India and other related matters.
Any amount can be remitted to the account of Indian Newslink Community Fund. We will provide the account number tomorrow.
