Loyalty programmes gratify customers

The Car Clearance Centre has been in the forefront of rewarding customers as a part of its loyalty programme.

Commemorating its 18th anniversary celebrations, people purchasing cars from the company’s showroom in Otahuhu between now and December 2012 will be eligible for free gifts or at reduced prices for a number of accessories and fittings in their cars. These would include GPS set and car alarm. In addition, a number of electrical items or appliances are also likely to be available.

“However, the grand prize would be a 2004 Toyota Pazzo that would be given away to the lucky winner of a draw to be held in December 2012. The winner would be chosen from among our customers purchasing a vehicle before the draw date. The photograph and details of the winner will be published in Indian Newslink January 15, 2013 issue. An announcement will also be made on Radio Tarana,” Chief Executive Jack Dube said.

He said his company had given away a number of cars as prizes to customers.

These included the following:

2003: Toyota LiteAce (Christmas)

2005: Suzuki Swift (Dance Competition)

2006: Nissan (Diwali)

2007: Nissan Pulsar (India’s Independence Day)

2011: Cash Prizes of $3000 (Christmas)
