Some outstanding batting and skillful bowling helped to bring the trophy home to the Counties Manukau Cricket Association.

Earlier, the girls lost to Northland in the first game, but were not depressed.

It was an early start on the following day, which saw the Juniors playing fine cricket. intersected with a few cartwheels and some group hugs to come out in flying colours.
