Surabhi is the Founder-Director of ‘Be Dazzled Fitness and Beauty,’ a company that provides not just quality products but a complete programme for a complete makeover.
She is popular for yet another reason- she is the wife of Blackcaps Test Opener Jeet Raval.
Stress Management
“Beauty is not just doing your hair and makeup or wearing fancy outfits. It is about feeling positive internally and externally. ‘Be Dazzled’ focuses on reducing stress and promoting inner peace through fitness, nutrition and beauty. Building your own confidence can help you reduce stress and the risk of developing mental health disorders. If you want to spread peace in the world, it needs to start from inside you first,” she said.
Armed with a Master’s degree in Psychology, with qualifications as a Certified Personal Trainer Makeup artist and a Blackbelt in Taekwondo, Surabhi is a YouTuber and blogger.
Organic Therapy
“Be Dazzled offers a line of organic soy based candles and lip balms which are handmade from natural New Zealand ingredients. Candles are relaxing and many of us use lip balms in our daily lives. This form of aromatherapy helps to reduce stress and improve your psychological wellbeing,” Surabhi said.
She conducts fitness workouts, makeup tutorials, and offers healthy recipes through her YouTube channel and other social media platforms. She hopes to commence Fitness and Beauty Workshops next year.
