Director Sanjal Mistry said that building a home can be daunting, but should not be stressful.

The Company has a Commercial Division for apartments, townhouses, light commercial, child care centres and shopping centres.

While the Company’s customers are predominantly in Hamilton, it has the knowledge and expertise to construct homes anywhere in New Zealand.

The Waikato is without doubt a very desirable area with enquiries coming from all over the country and overseas,” Mr Mistry said.
Pragma Homes boasts of several professionals who ensure results that are consistent and well above industry standard. The Company has created modest homes from standard plans through to $2 million designer projects.
Mr Mistry said that Pragma Home is an exhibitor (Staff A2, the Arena) at the 30th Waikato Annual Home and Garden Show scheduled to be held at the Claudelands Events Centre from October 2 to 5, 2014.
