About Pastor Anil Kant

Born and raised in a Punjabi-Hindu family in India, Pastor Anil learnt about the Hindu scriptures from his parents at a young age.

Music became an integral part of his life but despite the spiritual guidance from his parents, he felt “something amiss” and developed a quest for a close relationship with God.

He started writing, composing and singing when he was twelve years old. Six years later, he took it as a profession while at University. It was during this time that he met Reena, who was also musically inclined.

After their marriage, they shifted to Singapore in 1986. He continued to pursue an onstage career that put him on the fast track to fame and prosperity giving performances, travelling frequently all over the world.

In 1990, they moved to Jakarta, Indonesia to continue their musical journey.
