An Auckland based showbusiness company is seeking up to 100 Indians to be featured in its forthcoming documentary film to be shot in Queenstown.
BGT Actors Models & Talent, a New Lynn based Film and TV agency has sent a request to Bhikhu Bhana, President, New Zealand Indian Central Association (NZICA) to publicise its requirement. NZICA Secretary Prakash Biradar has in turn contact Indian Newslink to spread the word.
BGI Talent Manager Shari Flavall said that the requirement is urgent.
“We would love to sign up people before the end of this week so that we can commence shooting immediately. Those chosen would be required from two to nine days for shooting which will be held from June 12 to June 27, 2017.
“If they are not from Queenstown, those selected will be flown with flight and accommodation paid and food given on the set. They payment will be about $15.75 or more gross per hour. On an average, the wages could be about $180 (gross) for half day and about $250 (gross) for full day,” she said.

“Those registering should upload a head and shoulder photo shot. I will assess them and put them forward for the role,” Ms Flavall said.
