Members of Parliament Dr Ashraf Choudhary (Labour) and Kanwaljit Singh Bakshi (National) will be among the Chief Guests at the launch of a book on June 12.
They will receive the first copies of Tanhai Ke Maakan Main (In a house of solitude) a collection of poems by Farhat Iqbal, a Pakistan born poet, now living in Sydney, Australia.
The New Zealand Urdu Association is organising the programme called, ‘Sham-E-Ghazal’ at the Fickling Convention Centre in Three Kings Auckland at 6 pm.
