Youth Workshops keen on key voices

Wellington, May 22, 2017

The Human Rights Commission, Multicultural New Zealand and Hui E, are holding a series of 12 youth workshops nationally.

The purpose of these workshops is to explore some of the barriers that youth face when accessing social services particularly when they require assistance.

The workshops will provide a positive environment to interact, discuss these issues and mutually educate and inform.

The youth will also contribute to developing a Youth APP – YouthAoteaReo funded by New Zealand National Commission for UNESCO. This will serve as an ongoing national resource to support youth.

The workshop is free to attend, includes meals and Wifi.

The workshops are open to all youth and adults that work with youth.

Our focus is on getting the key voices of youth in the workshop.
