Advertising not only raises awareness but also enables customers to compare products and prices of various brands.

“But the choice of the right medium is equally important. Over the past five years, I have found Indian Newslink to be the most effective newspaper for my advertising,” Rohit Anand, Managing Director of the Auckland based Windoors New Zealand Limited said.

A keen sports enthusiast, he found the Indian Newslink Indian Sports Awards to be the best avenue to recognise and reward sports achievers in the community.

“This is an excellent idea. With so many categories, I am sure that the Awards Programme will motivate our achievers to improve their performance,” he said.

His Company is the Sponsor of the Special Award for Excellence in Pursuing Sports (Young Achiever of the Year-Female 9 to 14 years).

“There is a need to promote young sports achievers, especially our boys and girls. We are happy to sponsor this category. I congratulate Indian Newslink for initiating the Sports Awards Scheme to honour the contributions of the men and women in the community who have done well,” Mr Anand said.

“I am sure that this event will be the catalyst for bigger Awards in the future,” he added.
