New Tamil Sangam Committee promises better programmes

The new Executive Committee of Muthtamil Sangam Auckland is promising better quality programmes that will consolidate the Tamil-speaking community and bring together members of other ethnic groups.

Sadasivam Kutty and Kathiravan Sam were re-elected to the respective posts of President and Secretary at the Annual General Meeting held in Auckland on Saturday, May 29, 2021.

Kathiravan said, “While thanking the members of our Muthtamil Sangam for electing us again, we promise to practice fairness and work towards the growth and progress of Muthtamil Sangam Auckland and our community. We will use this opportunity in the best interests of our members.”

Among the others elected were Sree Swami (Vice-President) and Ramasubramanian Narayanraja (Treasurer). Those elected to the Executive Committee included Jayraaman Madhavarajan, Prema Jagadeesan, Sai Chaduvula, Sheba Soundararajan, Subramanian Natarajan and Usha Shyam.
