The best of Diwali Menu at Sudima Hotels in New Zealand

Whether you are in Auckland, Rotorua or Christchurch, you can get the exclusive and exquisite taste of the Diwali season at Sudima Hotels.

The chain offers a variety of Indian food that makes Diwali unique.

Sudima Auckland Airport will run a six-day special from October 29 to November 3, 2018 with a different set of menu each night, bringing together the palates of various States and regions of India.

Amazing flavours

The Hotel’s Food & Beverage Manager Rakesh Chandra said that diners at Sudima Hotels in the three cities will be able to experience the amazing flavours of India with special Diwali menus created by award-winning chefs.

“The Festival will bring together the cuisine from various Indian States – from North to South and from East to West. We have to keep a fine balance between high quality of food and service and affordable price. After all, when families go out to eat, both factors matter and Diwali 2018 will be unforgettable at Sudima,”Mr Chandra, who is also the Sudima Hotels’ National Procurement Manager (Food & Beverage), said.

Popular dishes

Davinder Singh,the Hotel’s Executive Chef said that Sudima Auckland Airport will offer some of the most popular dishes including ‘Kesari Paneer,’‘Tari Wala Gosht,’‘Prawn Mailee’ and ‘Dum Aloo.’ Our Executive Chef has created something special for everyone.”

He said that there would be special Tali Meal for the first time at Sudima Auckland Airport.

Sudima Rotorua

Nikhil Dutt, Executive Chef at Sudima Lake Rotorua, has designed a menu to evince the interest of people of all tastes. The menu will include ‘Chicken Tikka,’‘Paneer Makhani,’ and other popular dishes. At $29 per person, it would be good value for money.

Sudima Christchurch

At Sudima Christchurch Airport, you will be able to enjoy an authentic ‘Dhal Fry’ and ‘Lamb Korma,’in addition to classic popular favourites like ‘Gulab Jamun’ and ‘Mango Lassi,’ and other dishes at $36 (per person),Executive Chef Jenson Jos said.

Traditional Thali

Mr Chandra said that Traditional Thali will be an added attraction at Sudima Hotels during the Diwali Season this year.

“This happens only once a year and will only be available for a limited time,” he said.
