Ken Khan, who directed the 2003 Hindi film ‘Janasheen,’ starring Feroz Khan, Fardeen Khan and Celina Jaitley will be directing the new project for ‘Aariyah TV Series.’
He is currently working on another project in Hamilton, New Zealand.
Melbourne based Anita Prasad, who has written the story, screenplay and dialogues for the new project, said that the TV Series would have 25 episodes.
“The episodes will be shot in New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. We are keen to cast Indian migrants from India and Indo-Fijians living in New Zealand and Australia and people of Indian origin born in New Zealand and Australia. We would also welcome Europeans, Maori and Latinos,” she said.
Anita said that the aim is to show people of Indian origin from different backgrounds living away from their motherland and adjusting to the weather, lifestyle and other aspects of the Western World.
